> An estate agency in Turkey was posting listings on social media by hand and losing track of some incoming contacts.

## The context

A good share of incoming contacts came from social media, where each listing was posted manually, with the formatting redone every time. On the follow-up side, messages received landed in several different inboxes depending on the channel, with no central point: an interested contact could easily fall between two people at the agency, or simply never get a reply for lack of a structured follow-up process.

The goal was twofold: automatically post each new listing to the relevant social networks as soon as it was added to the catalogue, and centralise incoming contacts in a CRM allowing clean follow-up, from the first message through to closing.

## What I did

1. **Automating publication** — Automatic generation and posting of one post per new listing on the relevant social networks, with consistent formatting pulling in the property's key details.
2. **Centralising incoming contacts** — Redirecting messages received across the various channels to a single entry point, rather than separate inboxes with no link between them.
3. **Setting up the tracking CRM** — Structuring a CRM to track each contact from the first message through to the viewing or closing, with a history the agency can consult.
4. **Follow-up alerts** — Automatic reminders set up for contacts left without a reply beyond a defined delay, so an interested prospect doesn't get forgotten.

## Result

> Posting a listing went from a repetitive manual task to an automatic trigger, and every incoming contact now has centralised, traceable follow-up.

## FAQ

### Which networks does automatic posting work on?

The approach adapts to social networks with a programmable posting mechanism; each one imposes its own format and frequency constraints.

### Does the CRM replace an existing off-the-shelf CRM?

Depending on the context, it can be a custom-built CRM or an integration with an existing tool: the choice depends on the agency's actual follow-up needs.

### How are messages from several channels brought together without losing information?

Each channel keeps its origin in the CRM, which makes it possible to know where a contact came from while tracking them from a single place.

### Do automatic reminders replace human follow-up?

No, they act as a safety net so a contact isn't forgotten; the reply and the business relationship remain handled by the agency.
