## The context

A presentation video markedly increases engagement on a property listing compared with plain photos, but producing one by hand for every property — editing, graphics, export — meant a cost and turnaround that were hard to sustain on a catalogue that changes regularly. The agency already had photos and, for some properties, land-registry data allowing the plot to be precisely located.

The goal was to automatically generate a short, polished video from the data already available for each property, with no manual editing step.

## What I did

1. **Structuring the source data** — Formatting the photos, property details and, where they existed, the plot's land-registry data, into a format the generation pipeline could use.
2. **Generating the 3D flyover** — Automatically producing a flyover sequence of the plot from the available land-registry data, to place the property within its surroundings.
3. **Automated video assembly** — Automatically sequencing the photos, the flyover and the property's key details (surface area, price, location) with consistent styling across every video produced.
4. **Export and publishing** — Generating the final video file in a format suited to publishing on the agency's site and on social media, with no extra manual conversion step.

## Result

> Every new property had a presentation video generated automatically as soon as it was added to the catalogue, without tying up any dedicated video-editing resource.
