What I do
Nine types of work, from urgent troubleshooting to building custom tools. Each service starts from the same principle: understand the existing code and infrastructure before proposing anything, then work directly on it.
How I break the work down
I group my work into nine types of intervention. Some are one-off and urgent, others fit into a longer project. All start from the same principle: I work on the code, the database and the server, not on mock-ups or abstract specs.
Depending on the situation, several services combine: a migration often comes with performance work, an API integration can call for automation downstream. The exact scope is defined after a first conversation, not before.
The detail by type of work
-
Urgent e-commerce troubleshooting
Shop down, blocking error, failed payments: diagnosis and fix directly on the code in place.
-
Custom development
Business applications, internal tools, features that don't exist in a standard marketplace module.
-
Integrations and API
Connecting to an ERP, a carrier, a marketplace or a CRM, in one direction or both.
-
Task automation
Removing repetitive manual work: imports, exports, stock syncing, reminders.
-
Migration and updates
Version, platform or hosting change, with existing data carried over.
-
Managed hosting
A server configured and monitored for the application concerned, not a poorly matched generic shared plan.
-
Maintenance and managed support
Regular follow-up outside emergencies: updates, backups, monitoring.
-
Performance and technical SEO
Load times, slow queries, indexing: what actually slows the site down day to day.
-
Security and cleanup
Hacked site, exploited flaw, injected code: identification, cleanup, then closing the flaw.
