Frequently asked questions

Do you only work on PrestaShop and WooCommerce?
Those are my two specialities, where I have the most experience. I also work on Shopify, and I build in PHP/Laravel and Node.js for needs that fall outside a standard e-commerce platform.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, almost all work is done remotely, through access to the admin, server or code repository. A call or video chat is usually enough to scope the need at the start.
How long before I get a reply?
I reply to messages within a reasonable time, with no contractual commitment stated on this site. For an emergency, a call is the most direct way to reach me quickly.
Do you offer a fixed-price package?
Not usually, except for clearly bounded work. Most jobs are priced after a diagnosis, either time-and-materials or fixed-price depending on the nature of the work.
Will you take over a project someone else started?
Yes, provided I can access the code and understand what's already been done. I'll say clearly if the state of the project doesn't allow for clean work on top of it.
