An automatically generated video for every property
An estate agency in Turkey wanted a presentation video for every property, without calling on a video editor for each new listing.
The context
A presentation video markedly increases engagement on a property listing compared with plain photos, but producing one by hand for every property — editing, graphics, export — meant a cost and turnaround that were hard to sustain on a catalogue that changes regularly. The agency already had photos and, for some properties, land-registry data allowing the plot to be precisely located.
The goal was to automatically generate a short, polished video from the data already available for each property, with no manual editing step.
What I did

Structuring the source data
Formatting the photos, property details and, where they existed, the plot's land-registry data, into a format the generation pipeline could use.

Generating the 3D flyover
Automatically producing a flyover sequence of the plot from the available land-registry data, to place the property within its surroundings.

Automated video assembly
Automatically sequencing the photos, the flyover and the property's key details (surface area, price, location) with consistent styling across every video produced.

Export and publishing
Generating the final video file in a format suited to publishing on the agency's site and on social media, with no extra manual conversion step.
